We tend to complicate or want to mystify what it requires to pursue health and fitness It is simple:
- Eat more whole foods.
- Eat fewer processed foods.
- Don’t eat when you are not hungry.
- Don’t overeat when you are.
- Move your body more.
- Spend more time in the sun.
- Get more sleep.
Anything else should come and will only be useful if you are consistently applying the basics.
