Basic Health Advise

We tend to complicate or want to mystify what it requires to pursue health and fitness  It is simple:

  1. Eat more whole foods.
  2. Eat fewer processed foods.
  3. Don’t eat when you are not hungry.
  4. Don’t overeat when you are.
  5. Move your body more.
  6. Spend more time in the sun.
  7. Get more sleep.

Anything else should come and will only be useful if you are consistently applying the basics.
